I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms were way better than expected, with comfortable beds and excellent service. The breakfast in the executive lounge was a highlight, and even the soap and shampoo were top-notch. Everything was just excellent.

However, there were issues with the service, as I received a different room than booked, and the night shift supervisor was rude. On the positive side, the hotel is conveniently located near a metro station and Mall of Emirates.

The one-bedroom suite was very spacious and very clean - thanks again for the nice hospitality. The location is not close to the beach but is very close to the Emirates Mall. The dining experience varied, with some meals not meeting expectations, but the pool area stood out as a highlight. Overall, a stay with both highs and lows.
